My most favourite thing to do is add veggies to curries because it makes my job easy and I don't need to make a separate dish. Today's boshi has a lovely Mangalorean style vegetable gravy with Malabar Spinach and Black Eyed Beans paired with delicious Chicken Masala Fry and red boiled rice. Some salad on the side makes it one complete, nutritious meal.
