It is beginning to get really really hot here in Dubai and I am sure its the same in most countries. I have started resorting to making very simple meals now and we prefer eating more seafood than meats and so I prepared this simple fish curry paired with some rice and a simple vegetable saute. I will post the recipe of the Goan fish curry soon so do watch this space!
